Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs are always carried by the customer.

The calculation of the shipping cost results from the weight or the volume of the product / order.

Shipping within the prefecture of Attica

Immediately available products are usually shipped the next business day if the order is placed by 15:00 noon, otherwise in 1-3 business days from the day of the courier order.

If a product is not available, the waiting time can reach between 10 – 15 working days. we will inform you by email or by phone about the progress of your order.

• Non-immediately available products are shipped as soon as they become available.

• Deliveries are made on working days between 09:00 – 17:00.

Shipping outside the region of Attica

Immediately available products are usually shipped the next business day if ordered by 15:00 noon, otherwise within 2-4 business days of ordering with Speedex.

If a product is not available, the waiting time can reach 10 – 15 working days. we will inform you by email or by phone about the progress of your order.

• Non-immediately available products are shipped as soon as they become available.

• Deliveries are made on working days between 09:00 – 17:00 by Speedex.
