Celluma is unique and quite different from any other low-level phototherapy device available today. Based on NASA's research, Celluma simultaneously produces blue, red and almost ultraviolet light energy to safely handle a wide variety of skin and pain conditions. Each wavelength is absorbed by different molecules that act as a labeling mechanism for different cellular processes. For example, some reduce inflammation and some kill bacteria, while others boost local circulation. Research has shown that phototherapy can increase circulation, speed up tissue repair, reduce wrinkles, reduce inflammation, improve skin toning and wrinkles, texture and clarity, ease muscle and joint pain, and destroy acne bacteria.
Celluma has two output modes: Continuous and pulse RedLED (640 nm): max output 71,6 microwatt/sr/m2 (continuous) Blue LED (464 nm): max output 76,4 microwatt/sr/m2 (continuous) IR LED (880 nm): max output 47,3 microwatt/sr/m2 (continuous)
